Celiac Disease Counseling with a Registered Dietitian
in Concord, New Hampshire
Personalized, evidence-based Celiac care from registered dietitians — available in Concord, NH, and online.
Our Process
Many ask about our ‘nutrition program.’ We don’t have a one-size-fits-all plan. Our counseling is fully personalized to your unique goals and needs.
Evaluation
Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment
We start with a comprehensive nutrition assessment that usually takes 60-90 minutes.
Review
In-Depth Personal Review
We review your goals, health, lifestyle, habits, labs, and favorite foods to understand your unique nutrition needs.
Using this information, we create a nutrition diagnosis and suggest targeted interventions to help you reach your goals.
What to Expect
How we can work together to support your goals
We highly recommend that most clients plan on at least 3-6 visits. Individuals with eating disorders will also benefit from a longer commitment. Appointment length and frequency may vary.
First and future visits
It’s important to remember that the first visit is mostly focused on assessment and that the specific information comes in future visits. Most clients return in about two weeks for an hour-long visit.
