Brenda is an experienced registered dietitian who believes that proper nutrition is the foundation for good health and wellness. Brenda comes with a diverse background in clinical nutrition which she applies to her specialty areas of sports nutrition, integrative and functional medicine, Type I and Type II diabetes management, chronic kidney disease, nutrition approach for cardiovascular disease, pediatric nutrition, eating disorders and nutrition support. She holds a Certificate of Training in Celiac Disease and Gluten-Related Disorders, allowing her to provide expert guidance to individuals navigating gluten-free diets.

With a passion for evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to health, Brenda is dedicated to empowering her clients with personalized nutrition strategies to optimize well-being and long-term health. Her philosophy is that each meal is an opportunity to provide optimal fuel for our bodies which in turn creates optimal performance whether in sports or every day life.
